In every episode, the guest will be asked to talk about one critical thing that changed their life for the better. This may be a book you read, a specific insight you had, a person you met, or any other ONE thing. Every episode will feature these two questions: 1) What is the one thing that had a profound positive effect for you over time, and what doors has it opened for you? 2) Without this one thing, how might your life be different? Other questions will be unscripted, and asked over the course of the episode to draw out more detail.
